8. How We Calculate Pricing

UXArea does not use a single pricing model across all services. Our pricing model depends on the nature of the service.

Fixed pricing

Used primarily for standardized public training courses. The customer sees the applicable price before completing payment.

Project-based pricing

Used for services such as UX Audit Reports and AI-Ready Design Systems. Pricing is based on the agreed project scope, complexity, and deliverables.

Team-based pricing

Used for Private UX Design Training. Pricing is based on team size, training duration, customization, workshops, and delivery requirements.

Client requirement-based pricing

Used for Managed Design Talent. Pricing is determined based on the client’s specific requirements, including the required role, seniority, specialization, capacity, duration, and engagement model.

9. Factors That May Affect Pricing

The starting prices shown on this page provide an indication of the minimum expected investment. The final price may be higher depending on:

11. Currency

Unless otherwise stated, UXArea prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).

The final amount payable will be displayed before an online transaction is completed.

Where applicable, taxes, mandatory charges, or other costs required to be disclosed will be communicated to the customer before payment.

12. Payment

UXArea accepts payment through its supported payment gateway and available payment methods. Payment methods may include:

Customers should not provide card numbers, CVV codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment information to UXArea through email or unsecured communication channels.

13. Quotes & Proposals

For quote-based services, UXArea will provide a proposal or quotation describing, as applicable:

A quote or proposal may have a defined validity period.

14. Promotional Pricing & Discounts

UXArea may occasionally offer promotional pricing, discounts, early-bird offers, bundles, or other special offers. Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotional prices apply only during the stated promotional period.
• Offers may be subject to specific eligibility requirements.
• Promotions cannot necessarily be combined.
• UXArea may withdraw or modify a promotion before purchase.
• Promotional pricing does not affect orders that have already been successfully confirmed.

15. Pricing Changes

UXArea may update its prices, services, courses, packages, and pricing models from time to time.

Price changes will not affect an order or engagement that has already been confirmed, except where correction is required due to a material pricing, technical, or administrative error.

16. Pricing Errors

UXArea takes reasonable steps to ensure that prices published on its website are accurate.

If a material pricing error is identified before an order is completed, UXArea may correct the price and provide the customer with the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the purchase.

17. Taxes & Additional Charges

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices represent the service price before any taxes or mandatory charges that may legally apply.

Where applicable, such charges will be disclosed before payment or included in the final checkout amount.

For enterprise engagements, the treatment of taxes and other applicable charges may be specified in the relevant commercial agreement.

18. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are handled in accordance with the UXArea Cancellation Policy and the UXArea Return & Refund Policy. Customers should review these policies before completing a purchase.

For custom consulting and talent engagements, the applicable proposal, Statement of Work, or commercial agreement may also specify cancellation, termination, and payment terms.

19. Service Availability

UXArea may introduce new services, modify existing services, change course availability, or discontinue services from time to time.

Where a customer has already completed a purchase, UXArea will handle the affected order in accordance with the applicable terms, cancellation and refund policies, and applicable law.
